News Network Report — Recently, a collaborative paper titled "Promoting Urban-Rural Integration During the 15th Five-Year Plan Period: Four-Fold Circulation and Practical Approaches", co-authored by Distinguished Professor Zhong Xiaoping and Professor Yu Xiaohua from the Department of Rural Development and Agricultural Economics at the University of Göttingen, Germany, was published in the 8th issue of Economic Theory and Business Management in 2025, a core CSSCI academic journal. Based on Marxist theories of urban-rural relations, the study constructs a "four-fold circulation" framework for understanding urban-rural integration, providing policy references for advancing urban-rural integration during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
